1. Introduction

Welcome to HeavenOnline ("we", "us", "our", or the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at heavenonline.io and all related services, products, and content offered through it (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Services, you ("Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, KYC Policy, AML Policy, and Responsible iGaming Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

HeavenOnline is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and operates under License No. ALSI-202605018-FI1, issued by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc. ("Anjouan Gaming").

HeavenOnline has passed all regulatory compliance requirements and is legally authorized to conduct gaming operations for any and all games of chance and wagering under the terms of its license.

3. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

3.1 You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

3.2 You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3.3 You are not accessing the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction (as defined in Section 4).

3.4 You are not on any international sanctions list or politically exposed persons (PEP) watchlist that prohibits your participation.

3.5 You are using the Services solely for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

3.6 You have not previously been excluded from the Services, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by operator action.

We reserve the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of funds where fraud or misrepresentation is established.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law, or where HeavenOnline is not authorized to operate. This includes, but is not limited to, jurisdictions identified by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) as high-risk, and any jurisdiction specifically restricted by HeavenOnline or Anjouan Gaming from time to time.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. We employ geolocation technology to enforce these restrictions, and we reserve the right to block access without prior notice.

5. Account Registration

5.1 To use the Services, you must register an account by providing the following information:

  • Full legal name
  • Valid email address
  • Date of birth
  • Residential address

5.2 You agree that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must update your information promptly if it changes.

5.3 You may only register one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

5.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

5.5 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account to any third party.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

6.1 As part of our regulatory obligations, we conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) at the point of registration and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) where required.

6.2 EDD will be triggered, and additional documentation will be required, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Upon your first withdrawal request, regardless of amount;
  • When your aggregate lifetime deposits reach USD 10,000 (or equivalent in any other currency);
  • Where elevated risk indicators or suspicious activity are identified.

6.3 Documentation required for EDD includes, at minimum:

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • A utility bill or equivalent document confirming residential address (issued within the last 3 months)
  • Proof of source of funds, where required based on risk assessment

6.4 Pending completion of EDD, withdrawals will not be processed, and financial activity on your account may be restricted.

7. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Management

7.1 Deposits. You may fund your account using the payment methods made available on the Website. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

7.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification, including completion of KYC and, where applicable, EDD. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

7.3 Processing Times. We aim to process withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing time is up to 5 business days from approval, subject to payment provider timelines.

7.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. We reserve the right to apply administrative fees to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable law.

7.5 Currency. All financial transactions are conducted in the currencies supported by the Website. Conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction.

8. Rules of Gaming Participation

8.1 All games offered on the Website are provided by certified third-party game providers and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness.

8.2 Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and specific terms applicable to each game are published on the Website. By participating in a game, you agree to its specific rules.

8.3 You agree not to:

  • Use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Services;
  • Collude with other players or engage in any form of fraud or cheating;
  • Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Services;
  • Engage in chip dumping or any other form of unfair play.

8.4 In the event of malfunction, error, or technical issue affecting a game outcome or transaction, we reserve the right to void the affected wagers and reverse the affected transactions. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

8.5 We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts, void wagers, and forfeit balances where a breach is established.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

9.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits.

9.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, and to deny bonus eligibility to any player suspected of bonus abuse.

9.3 Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: maintaining multiple accounts, opportunistic betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements, and any conduct deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following self-protection tools are available to all players:

  • Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Time limits and session reality checks
  • Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent)
  • Account closure

10.3 We may, in our sole discretion, restrict or close any account where we believe the player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.

12. Anti-Money Laundering

We comply with applicable AML and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws and the AML/CTF Code of Conduct issued by Anjouan Gaming. We are required to monitor transactions, report suspicious activity, and submit Currency Transaction Reports for transactions or linked transactions exceeding USD 10,000. 13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other materials on the Website are the property of Lucifer Ltd. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

14.1 If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours of receipt.

14.2 We will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints internally within 30 calendar days.

14.3 If your complaint cannot be resolved internally, it will be escalated to mandatory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in accordance with Anjouan Gaming requirements. Participation in ADR is mandatory, and the cost is borne by the operator.

15. Limitation of Liability

15.1 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.

15.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

15.3 Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount in your account balance at the time the cause of action arose.

16. Suspension and Termination

16.1 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where:

  • You breach these Terms or any applicable policy;
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority;
  • We suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
  • Required verification has not been completed.

16.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not relieve you of obligations arising before closure.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Website and/or by email. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan, without prejudice to the mandatory ADR procedures set out in Section 14.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
